All orders and service agreements are concluded verbally or in writing by telephone or email — we do not process orders or payments online.

Prices displayed on our website are indicative starting prices expressed in Turkish Lira (₺) excluding VAT, valid as of the publication date. They are subject to change without notice. A formal written quotation provided following a site survey constitutes a binding offer valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A service agreement is formed when both parties have agreed in writing (email or signed contract) to the scope of work, price, and timeline. No service agreement exists solely based on a contact form submission or telephone enquiry.
Payment terms are stated in the individual written quotation and agreed with the client before work commences. Typical terms include a deposit of 40–50% upon confirmation of order and the balance prior to or on the day of installation. We accept bank transfer, cash, and cheque. We do not accept online card payments.
